Quality Check & Packing
Ensure the products are in their original condition with tags intact, and pack them securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Handover to Courier
A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours; simply hand over the parcel to our authorized logistics partner and collect your pickup receipt.
Refund Processing
Once the items reach our warehouse and pass the quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
